u-blox notes that TTT has published a summary of a Guangzhou court decision, which has not been submitted to u-blox yet.

In case the Guangzhou court has ruled that a TTT patent was infringed by certain u-blox products, u-blox will appeal the decision immediately.  

如果广州法院下达的判决中认定u-blox的产品侵犯了泰斗微电子发明专利权，u-blox会即刻提出上诉。 

In this case, u-blox customers should not be concerned about a first instance decision. According to Chinese law, the first instance decision is unenforceable and will remain unenforceable, unless the second instance’s decision (Chinese Supreme Court at Beijing) confirms the Guangzhou court’s decision. The supreme court will need time to review the arguments of both parties and ensure that its decision takes into account the facts and complies with the law. This process is time consuming and pursuant to past experiences of our lawyers, the supreme court’s written decision is not expected to be rendered prior to 2024. 

在此情况下，u-blox的客户无须对一审判决有所顾虑。根据中华人民共和国相关法律，除非二审判决（高级人民法院）维持广州法院的判决，否则一审判决现在和未来都处于不可执行状态。高级人民法院将需要时间审理双方证词，确保判决符合事实且遵从法律法规。此流程尤为耗时，根据律师团的过往经验，预计高级人民法院的书面判决不会在2024年之前下达。
