The recruitment process starts, when a resource is needed and this need is confirmed by the executive committee.

Interview Situation at u‑blox
As soon as the open position is published, interested people can apply online.

First interview:
  • initial meeting with line manager and HR responsible
  • get more information about u‑blox, the position, the organization, etc.
  • going through the candidate's application
  • discussing the next steps
Second interview:
  • clarifying open questions from both parties
  • result analysis of a online personality test to be completed in advanced (a tool for better understanding the candidate's personality)
  • meeting with superior of the line manager and the team members
  • presentation - prepared in advance by candidate (selected positions)
  • office tour
  • discussing the employment conditions and next steps

 

Decision making

From our point of view knowledge, skills and experience are important aspects to be considered for filling a position. But that's not all! Team members are joining the interviews and are involved at the decision making process.
