Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to help build a closely-knit, cross functional team of experts, who combined have all the means to deliver excellent technical support to the maximum satisfaction of the customer. In an agile team you will work together to identify, research and resolve technical issues for both internal teams and external end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively support customer interactions and technical support inquiries
  • Support occasional system releases and migrations
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal and external customers
  • Continuously improve your technical skills with a focus on learning through activities with your team
  • Contribute to building a consistent knowledge database
  • Help Implement an effective automated system to alert us of critical events
Required
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in an agile environment
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience working in technical support functions
  • Experience working in on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms environment
  • Experience working with ITIL framework (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
  • Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) and related technologies
  • Knowledge of IP networking and basic understanding of electronics
  • Strong and effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and understanding basic computer practices
  • Desire for learning and evolving in a technology company
  • Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment with local and remote teams
