u-blox makes its debut at LogiMAT 2025: Showcasing u-locate for precise indoor positioning

u-blox will be exhibiting for the first time at LogiMAT, the leading international trade show for intralogistics solutions, taking place March 11-13 in Stuttgart, Germany. You’ll find us in Hall 2 – Stand 2B07, where we’ll be showcasing u-locate, our high-precision indoor positioning solution based on the omlox™ standard. 

 

As part of the Tracking & Tracing Theatre (T&TT) in partnership with AIM, we will demonstrate how u-locate increases efficiency in logistics, warehousing, and industrial automation through seamless and reliable positioning. With locate being a key pillar of the u-blox strategy, participating in LogiMAT is an important milestone in expanding our presence in the intralogistics space. 

 

Based on Bluetooth® Direction Finding, u-locate is a comprehensive Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) solution developed by u-blox, designed for accurate indoor positioning. It helps tracking the location of assets or people within buildings or enclosed areas. The system consists of several key components:

 

• u-locateTag: Configurable Bluetooth® LE tags attached to assets.
• u-locateAnchor: The hardware component that collects and transmits location data.
• u-locateEngine: The positioning engine that processes data to calculate precise locations.
• u-locateHub: The central middleware that integrates and distributes location data.

Together, these components enable efficient asset monitoring and management, making u­-locate a versatile solution for various indoor applications.
