Training & Development

We offer corporate leadership training for managers. People leading people for the first time at u‑blox receive comprehensive training to prepare them for their role as a team leader and to brush up on their existing knowledge and practice. Regular training is scheduled afterwards for those managers in order to keep their methods up to date. The focus is on reflecting the experiences they have made in their leadership functions while aiming for constant improvement of their skills and abilities.


Project management training is provided by internal experts to share their knowledge with colleagues and to compare notes with each other. Our corporate training concept is reviewed every year to make sure our training remains at a high quality level.


We additionally offer communication training courses for all employees who have frequent client contact.
