u-blox 5 boasts the fastest acquisition engine in the GPS market. The u-blox 5 chip is composed of two separate engines, one devoted exclusively to acquisition and one correlator engine for tracking. With over 1 million correlators, the dedicated acquisition engine is capable of massively parallel searches.
