US President Bill Clinton announced on May 1st that the US has
stopped the intentional degradation of GPS immediately. Without the
effect of SA the accuracy of GPS will increase by the order of
10. This opens new perspectives to GPS users world wide and enables
completely new applications to GPS. Owners of u-blox GPS
receivers also benefit from these improvements without any
modification of HW or SW.
