Job Title	Sales Manager Japan
Position	The successful candidate will have sales responsibility for u-blox GPS receiver products in Japan. The Area Sales Manager will manage existing and future u-blox accounts, including key accounts. The candidate will report to the Head of Japan Sales, located in Tokyo.
Functions	- Manage existing u-blox accounts - Secure and increase sales on existing accounts - Find new design-in opportunities in the territory - Increase u-blox' customer base in the territory - Participate in the definition and execution of u-blox' sales strategy for Japan
Profile	- Bachelor/Master of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering - Minimum 10-years experience in sales of microcontrollers and semiconductors and/or analog integrated circuits - Strong technical background - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - At ease with engineers, while comfortable with customers on the executive level - Ideally experience with GPS, RF design, and firmware development - Frequent travel (ca. 60% of the time) in Japan - Occasional travel to other international destinations
