Job Title	Quality Engineer
Position	The candidate will coordinate all customer claims and initiate the required corrective action. He/She will also be responsible for coordinating claims with suppliers and closing the feedback loop to our R&D and subcontracted manufacturers. - Customer complaint management (Modules and ICs) - R&D support in running projects Responsibilities: - Coordination and implementation of customers´ quality demands regarding complaints with special focus to Automotive requirements - Integration of key suppliers into the complaint process - Risk assessments and containment actions - Failure analysis and execution of corrective actions (8D-report) - ppm analysis and reporting - Definition, implementation and control of quality aspects in running R&D projects - Initiation, facilitation and coordination of continuous improvement projects
Requirements	Necessary: - Degree in Electrical Engineering - 3 years of working experience in quality engineering - Quality assurance skills - English and German communication skills - Presentation skills - Occasional travel to international destinations required Desirable: - Involved in Six Sigma project execution - Experience in semiconductor industry or consumer electronic applications - Negotiating skills and the ability to communicate with customers from different cultural areas - Background in FMEA and statistical analysis - Background in ISO 9000 and ISO/TS16949 System requirements
