Job Title FAE Central China (based in Beijing) General Goals Ensure that the highest level of customer support is provided to internal and external customers at all times with a focus on a minimal design-in time and optimum customer satisfaction. Primary tasks Organizes the customer support for the company according to the statement above: Pre-sales assistance Design-In Support After-sales support Develop Business opportunities from a technical angle Evaluation of analyzed Returned Material and feedback to sales Consulting of customer projects in support area in consent of Sales Manager and Technical Support Manager. Organizes the technical training of u-blox customers’ personnel and the distributors. Secondary tasks Analysis of Chinese GPS and GPRS/Wireless markets and feedback to Sales Manager and Technical Support Manager. Reports New project opportunities to the Sales Manager and Technical Support Manager. Provides customer support reports to the Sales Manager and Technical Support Manager. Provides a technical market feedback to Marketing and bug reports to Technical Support Manager. Performs periodic technical competition analysis and road test according to instructions of Head of Support Asia Responsibility Prudent with expenses and  keeping within the support budget Decides in supports issues in consent with the responsible Sales Manager.
