(www.u-blox.com) Job Title: Wireless Field Application Engineer Position: The successful candidate will have engineering responsibility for u-blox wireless (2G/3G) products (modules and reference designs) in APAC. The Application Filed Engineer will support the whole customer design cycle from requirement analysis up to design and certification. Requirements: Bachelor/Master of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering Working knowledge and design experience with GSM related analog/digital components, antenna design and certification Working knowledge of 2G/3G wireless technologies architecture and fundamentals Previous working experience for a manufacturer embedding GSM devices (either chipsets or modules) Customer-oriented, must be able to quickly understand the system architecture of customer's application, and advise customer on possibilities, as well as consult with customer on a technical level Excellent English skills Our Offer: A challenging position within a great team in an exciting technology.
