u-blox closes the stock purchase agreement with the shareholders of Neonseven SpA successfully Thalwil, Switzerland – March 17, 2009 – u-blox Holding AG today announced that u-blox AG has successfully closed the stock purchase agreement with the shareholders of Neonseven SpA, headquartered in Sgonico near Trieste, Italy. The details of the acquisition were previously announced on 25th of February 2009.
