Answer:

Transformation parameters (The transformation was computed in 1989):
Xswiss = Xwgs84 - 660
Yswiss = Ywgs84 - 14
Zswiss =Zwgs84 - 369

with our notation : Dx = 660, Dy = 14, Dz = 369
The ellipsoid is Bessel 1841 and the datum is called CH-1903.
