13UTC Leap Seconds incorrectly shown in TIM-LH Firmware V3.10 (SuperSense)

UTC Leap Seconds incorrectly shown in TIM-LH Firmware V3.10 (SuperSense)

On Supersense (V3.10) firmware for TIM-LH, the flag for UTC seconds valid have an inverted meaning. That means, that when the receiver sets the 'UTC valid' flag to 0 (e.g. in messages UBX-NAV-TIMEGPS and UBX-NAV-TIMEUTC), the corrections are valid (on standard ANTARIS receivers, this means *invalid*). If the receiver sets the flag to non-zero, then the leap second correction has not been received / is invalid (on standard ANTARIS receivers, this indicates valid leap seconds).

To the best of our knowledge, this does not impact the time data calculated. It is only the flag, which has an inverted meaning. It also does not influence the upcoming leap second change at the end of 2005, when it changes from 13 to 14.
