Soldering side:
- NEO: 0.8 mm (width) x 0.9 mm (length), radius 0.25mm
- LEA: 0.8 mm (width) x 1.0 mm (length), radius 0.25mm
- TIM: 0.8 mm (width) x 1.0 mm (length), radius 0.25mm
Component side:
- All modules: 0.8 mm (width) x 0.5 mm (length), radius 0.25mm
