Thomas Seiler	Chief Executive Officer, Head of Marketing and Sales Thomas Seiler is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. He has served as CEO and Head of Marketing and Sales for the company since May 1, 2002. Previously, he worked from 1999 to 2001 as CEO for Kistler Holding AG, a manufacturer of high precision measurement and test equipment and from 1986 to 1998 as CEO for Melcher Holding AG, a supplier of power supplies. He currently serves as a member of the board for Kirchheim Holding AG in Hannover, a manufacturer of industrial valves. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich/Switzerland and a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau/France. Mr. Seiler is a Swiss Citizen.
Daniel Ammann	Vice President Software Development, Co-founder u-blox AG Daniel Ammann is a co-founder of u-blox and has served as Executive Vice President (R&D Software) since its incorporation. Prior to joining u-blox, he was assistant and PhD candidate at the ETH in Zürich. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich/Switzerland. In 2007 he has attended an intensive leadership program called "Entrepreneurial Leadership" from ETH Zürich and HSG St. Gallen. Mr. Ammann is a Swiss citizen.
Andreas Thiel	Vice President Hardware Development, Co-founder u-blox AG Andreas Thiel is a co-founder of u-blox and has served as Executive Vice President (R&D Hardware) since its incorporation. Prior to joining u-blox, he was assistant and PhD candidate at the ETH in Zürich. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Aachen University (RWTH) in Aachen/Germany. Mr. Thiel is a German citizen.
Jean-Pierre Wyss	Vice President Production and Finance, Co-founder u-blox AG Jean-Pierre Wyss is a co-founder of u-blox and is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. Prior to joining u-blox, he was assistant and PhD candidate at the ETH in Zürich. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich/Switzerland and Finance for Executives diploma from INSEAD in Singapore. In 2007 he has attended an intensive leadership program called "Entrepreneurial Leadership" from ETH Zürich and HSG St. Gallen. Mr. Wyss is a Swiss citizen.
