Edzard Reuter |

Edzard Reuter has been a member of our board of directors since our incorporation and, prior to the Reorganisation, member of the board of directors of u-blox AG since 2001. He has held executive positions in numerous large companies, including the Bertelsmann group and Daimler-Benz where he acted as chairman of the executive board (Vorstandsvorsitzender) from 1987 until his retirement in 1995. He is on the board of supervisors of various cultural and scientific institutions. Mr. Reuter holds a law degree from Freie Universität Berlin. He is a German citizen. |

Hans-Ulrich Müller |

Hans-Ulrich Müller has been a member of our board of directors since our incorporation and, prior to the Reorganisation, a delegate of the board of directors of u-blox AG since 1998. He currently is a partner at Partners Group in Baar / Switzerland. Previously, he worked for ESEC Holding in Cham as member of the board and COO and for Kistler Holding AG in Winterthur as CEO ad interim and chairman of the board. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Burgdorf (CH) and an MBA from European University in Brussels. Mr. Müller is a Swiss citizen.

Soo Boon Koh |

Ms Soo Boon Koh is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. She is currently the Managing Partner of iglobe Partners, a fund management company. Previously, she worked as Senior Vice President / Deputy General Manager of Vertex Management Inc, the VC arm of Singapore Technologies. She has also held various senior management positions with the Development Bank of Singapore. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics (First Class Honors) from King's College, University of London. Ms. Koh is a Singapore citizen.

Dr. Hansjörg Sage |

Dr. Hansjörg Sage is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. He currently is a Director with 3i, the global private equity and venture capital investor. Previously, he worked for Lehman Brothers as a member of their Private Equity Division in London and as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in Munich. He holds a Diplomingenieur degree in electrical engineering from Karlsruhe University, a Ph.D. in robotics and automatic control from Strasbourg University and an MBA from INSEAD. Dr. Sage is a German citizen.

Prof. Gerhard Tröster |

Prof. Gerhard Tröster is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. He served as chairman of our board of directors between 1997 and 2000, and as vice-chairman between 2000 and 2003. Since 2006 he has been a member of the board. As Professor of Electronics at the ETH Zürich he is heading the Electronics Laboratory since 1993. Previously, he worked as research manager at Telefunken electronic (Atmel), Heilbronn, Germany. He holds a Diploma degree from the Technical University of Karlsruhe and a PhD degree from the technical University of Darmstadt, both in electrical engineering.

Jürg Stahl is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. He currently is CEO of Ancosys GmbH, Kirchentellinsfurt Germany. Previously, he was co-founder of Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG, Zürich. Throughout the evolution of Micronas, he has held positions as CEO and Chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Stahl is a Swiss citizen.

Thomas Seiler |

Thomas Seiler is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. He has served as CEO and Head of Marketing and Sales for the company since May 1, 2002. Previously, he worked from 1999 to 2001 as CEO for Kistler Holding AG, a manufacturer of high precision measurement and test equipment and from 1986 to 1998 as CEO for Melcher Holding AG, a supplier of power supplies. He currently serves as a member of the board for Kirchheim Holding AG in Hannover, a manufacturer of industrial valves. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich/Switzerland and a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau/France. Mr. Seiler is a Swiss Citizen.

Jean-Pierre Wyss |

Jean-Pierre Wyss is a co-founder of u-blox and is a member of the board of directors of u-blox AG and since our Reorganisation in 2007 of the board of directors of u-blox Holding AG. Prior to joining u-blox, he was assistant and PhD candidate at the ETH in Zürich. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich/Switzerland and Finance for Executives diploma from INSEAD in Singapore. In 2007 he has attended an intensive leadership program called "Entrepreneurial Leadership" from ETH Zurich and HSG St. Gallen. Mr. Wyss is a Swiss citizen.
